How about an angel food cake with strawberries, sauce, and low fat whipped cream. To make the strawberry sauce, cut the strawberries into slices and cover with Splenda instead of sugar. Mix them well in a bowl and refridgerate for a while. Good luck with the romantic evening!

Chocolate covered strawberries are very romantic. Just nuke some good chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, and dip the bottom half of the strawberries into the melted chocolate. Place them on a cookie sheet lined preferably with wax paper but I suppose foil might do, and chill them in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.

I am currently on the Weight Watchers points program and this is a healthy alternative I came up with myself:
1 Apple – 1pt.
1 tsp. Olive Oil – 1 pt.
Ground Cinnamon (to taste) – 0 pts.
1 Tblsp. Fat Free Cool Whip – 0 pts.
1 – Weight Watchers English Toffee Crunch ice cream bar – 2 pts
Pre-heat grill.
Cut apple in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds with a melon baller.
Brush the olive oil thoroughly on both halves of the apple.
Place on pre-heated grill cut side down. Grill on medium heat for approx 10 mins. Then turn over and grill approx. another 10 mins.. Remove from grill.
Sprinkle the apples with ground cinnamon on cut side.
Break W.W. ice cream bar into pieces and divide onto apples.
Top with fat free cool whip.

Chocolate Covered strawberries.
Since you make them yourself you decide how much or how little chocolate you want on them.
Fruit is good for you, & dark chocolate is good for the heart! :)
Hope that helped
To make:
Buy a canister of microwavble chocolate (usually sold in grocery store near fruit)
Buy strawberries, wash.. do not remove stems
Melt Chocolate & dip Strawberries
Place on wax paper covered cookie sheet & place in refridgerator to harden.
YUM YUM
SORRY I just noticed the Allergy part!
How about just fruit w/ a nice dip. You can buy caramel or whipped topping to sustitute for the chocolate

its not an oxymoron and check out martha stewart recipes, she has great healthy desserts plus if it asks for whole milk for example, use lowfat or nonfat, substitute the fatty stuff for healthier versions

How about fruit and chocolate. Dark chocolate is actually not that bad for you as long as you don't overdo it.
