How can I style my hair?

Question

I have hair that is about 1/2 and inch longer than shoulder length. It's dark brown and very thick. I like my hair, but I don't know how to style it in cute easy ways. Please tell me what to do with my hair, and I would ask that you PLEASE GIVE ME LINKS TO WEBSITES AND LINKS TO IMAGES OF GOOD HAIRSTYLES FOR ME! thank you so much for answering!

I've already done a thorough google search, that's why I'm asking it here. So, please don't tell me to just go and search for it. I want something that says punk/emo and yet in a way, cute. Nothing that's quite as simple as a bun or a ponytail.

you could always do it wavy, thats very in right now. its really easy to do. use a curling iron and take 1/2 inch sections of your hair and wrap them around the curling iron. dont acutally put them IN the curling iron, just wrap it around with your hand. hold it on there for 7-10 seconds and let it go. spray it, the soft "curls" fall to a perfect wave look. you could always take a clip and put half of it back, that looks cute too.

Curl the ends in very tight spirals, a bun on the top of your head. a ponytail straight back, crimp it, either of those would be cute :)

wat i sometimes do when im in a hurry is i put on a headband put my bangs in the front and put my hair in a bun then put on cute hoop earrings or dangling ones it always works for me
