Steam from your exhaust that smells sweat is a head gasket leak.
Blue smoke from your exhaust an oil leak if present when engine is cold then disappears at operating temp it the valve guides. if smoke is present at either time and under load its the rings on a piston. engine could be running rich check with computer or there could be an air obstruction.Fouled spark plugs not burning off all the fuel
White smoke could be from a transmission leak at the front pump you will see this as your driving in the rear view mirror.
