It depends on what you're aiming for. If you want to lose weight, you should not consume any sugar at all. To prevent from getting diabetes and weight gain, try a sugar substitute or anything that does not have sugar in it.

According to the latest research 15 to 20% of your daily intake can come from sugar without causing problems other than cavities! Anything over this is bad bad bad! This is not very much sugar when you think about it, everything you eat has added sugar, so the less the better, because you're already getting enough with the normal things you're eating. It's added to everything! Hope this helps....

Not alot because its not really a good idea to consume too much sugar every day. Eat like say 5-10 gummy bears that don't say Sugar Free.

You shouldnt consume any refined sugars at all. Use raw sugar in coffee if you drink it. Sugar in fruit is fine though.

At little of possible. You want to minimize the amount of refined sugars/carbs in your diet - they are just empty calories.
