Honey, some girls at the age of 13 or less are usually shy especially around the guy she digs. I'm sure she is attracted to you and specially with all the good qualities you describe yourself. I'm sure she likes you but the only way to find out is to ask her. If you really like her, go for it. "if your slow you blow, if your fast you pass". What do you got to loose? I think that she likes you just as much as you like her, but she has a hard time expressing it to you. Just give her a chance she will come around. I haven't looked at your picture or video, whatever, but I am pretty sure you look aight.
