Exercise is the only safe way to increase you metabolism! It works and it is cheap also! all the products on the market are dangerous, natural or not! Caffeine is a natural substance...
Move a bit more, exercise every day at least 30 min/day, Start slowly, 10 min twice a day, then increase. By excercising, you'll increase your metabolism and feel so much better.

The best ways to increase your metabolism are: (1) Exercise, and (2) A common-sense diet that is high in protein and complex carbs, like whole grains. BE VERY CAREFUL when considering diet pills or fat burners. They mess with your metabolism and can cause anxiety, irritability, heart palpitations, increase in blood pressure, sleeplessness; the list goes on and on. Diet pills and fat burners have also been shown to make your metabolism operate even slower than before when you stop taking them, so you gain all the weight back -- with interest -- once you stop taking them. Biggest warning: Diet pills and fat burners that contain ephedra or ephedrine hydrochloride can be LETHAL for teenagers and people who have heart conditions or have high blood pressure. Yes, the old-fashioned method of diet and exercise takes the longest, but it is also the safest and has the highest success rate for keeping the extra weight off.

Best way to increase your metabolism is to exercise. If you want a lazy way, then there are prescription drugs like Reductil, that will increase it but it's not for people with blood pressure problems. There are also over the counter meds, but they don't really work.

My fellow Yahoo! members are correct - exercise. Exercise causes your body to eat-up more calories. Additionally, the more muscle you build, the more calories you'll burn-up when you're doing something other than exercise... say sleeping.
