Ok..let's take this one line at a time.
1) What you ate yesterday is not that unusual for an adolescent or teen...candy, pizza, smoothies....absolutely nothing there that should result in your vomiting.
2) Since you are not diabetic, and are not accustomed to having low blood sugars, why do you assume your blood sugar was low this morning? Weakness and a stomach ache do not necessarily mean your blood sugar is low. They are also symptoms of many things, one of which is a viral infection.
3) IF you didn't eat well yesterday, and then didn't eat this morning, it is quite possible that your stomach is full of gastric acids that made you queezy and resulted in you vomiting. Or, it's very likely you picked up a gastrointestinal virus, of which there are many, that caused you to vomit. It's not likely there is any major health issue that you are dealing with, since this is apparently a one time occurance.
4) You're not pregnant, so that's good. I suppose. Unless you're trying to get pregnant.
5) I would be more concerned about a high cholesterol at your age (young, I am presuming) than throwing up this morning.
6) Not likely to be toxic shock...the symptoms are not correct. TSS also includes high fevers, low blood pressure, chills, sweating, as well as the vomiting.
You will likely be fine. Just a mild case of gastroenteritis.

It's probably a result of your poor diet habits. HOWEVER, you cannot say you are NOT a diabetic until your blood work has come back. Let the doctors tell you that you are or are not diabetic. You can be a diabetic with low blood sugar too. Take better care of yourself and eat a well balanced diet using all the food groups. Get plenty of rest and if you must drink, choose a better cocktail!!

My second pregnancy I had 3 periods right at the beginning. So you could be pregnant.
I suffer with low blood sugar too......you should eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 normal size ones. Never go longer than 3-4 hours without eating.

The answer is right there in your question. You ate poorly yesterday. You experienced dry heaves probably from the Schnapps. Sounds like a hangover. Glad you feel better. Eat better today. Lay off the cheap booze. Strawberry Schnapps in a smoothie? How gross. The wonder is you kept it down all night!

It was probably just your stomach protesting at the treatment meted out to it yesterday - you described what you ate yesterday. Plus, your doctor said that you're fine. Eat light and treat your stomach well for at least a day, and you should be fine.

Toxic shock syndrome is movie stuff. Honey, as long as you are okay now, is all that matters. There could have been a thousand reasons for why you barfed.

Mild food poisoning or nausea associated with your menstrual cramps.
See your doctor if you keep throwing up.
TSS is usually associated with a low-grade fever; but then, so are many stomach bugs.
