Cats don't usually wander very far and they generally come home after a few days. Keep putting food out for her and calling her. There isn't much point in looking because there are so many places a cat can hide.

My cat got out a few weeks ago ( and he isn't an outside cat) and he was gone for literally hours....but, he came back ! I don't know if you live in a house or an apartment, but maybe leave a little dish of food outside the door and keeps your ears open. I have found in the past, looking for a cat is difficult...they can go anywhere. Where a dog is a little bigger to notice.. Good Luck

Try the clothes hamper and the closet. While in a hurry to get to to church one morning, I threw some clothes in the dryer, started it and left the house. On our return home, I noticed the dryer door was standing open, then I saw all this gray hair in the filter. I still did not have a clue. After about an hour, our cat came out of hiding ,looking very distraught, then I realized! To make a short answer, short. The cat could be about anywhere! Good Luck!

Call around and check the shelters, make sure she or he wasn't picked up by animal control. Post flyers and maybe put an ad in the paper. I don't know how to look into it, but some people will steal animals to sell them to animal testing labs. If there is at all a way to look into this, I would try. I can't imagine mine being tortured like that. Good luck, I feel for you!

Be sure to check your local shelter everyday for months if you really want to find her. Be sure all the animal control officers get a flyer for themselves. They really do care!!!
Put flyers at local petstores and grocery stores. Be sure to contact local cat rescues incase someone calls them saying they found a cat. Be sure the kids in your area know.

Try the pound or the city's lost animal center. Post pics and rewards for your cat around your neighborhood.

Check neighbours gardens, streets, parks ect, place posters on lamp posts and in visable areas. try walking around calling your cats name while shaking some buscuits or a puch of food.
Please remeber to get your cat micro chipped if it has not been already and phone ALLL the animal shelters in your area and go visit them!!
