Stop weighing yourself and start exercising if your concerned about how you look! Guys aren't attracted to girls because of how much they weigh-they like the physical assets that are the most appealing! People who work out regularly and are muscular weigh more than they look because muscle weighs more than fat! Would you rather be light and flabby or muscular and maybe 5 pounds heavier??? Weight doesn't affect your appearance- it's just a number! Be healthy- that's all that matters!

Well that depends, because if you are a small frame person you should weight 135 to 148 lb but if u are a medium frame person is 148 to 162 lb if u are a large frame person is 158 to 179 lb.
So now how do you consider yourself a small a medium or a large. I hope this helps you.

this is a site that has a chart, but everybody is shaped different, you might have more upper weight that youcant help, or lower weight that is the same (genetics) you could be the skinniest person alive and have high blood pressure and diabetes. I don't think the weight charts are ever accurate, body type has alot to do with it that it doesn't consider...my guess would be between 145-165

if youre tall you should probobly weight a little bit more than a person ur age thats shorter ;; usually if ur taller u weigh a bit more but it depends what ur frame looks like (what kinda body u have) fat skinny average etc..
