Mastercook is a wonderful program. It's a recipe and meal manger program that also helps you make grocery lists. Highly recomended.

I own Microsoft Works. There is a program on it called Microsoft Tasks. Not only will it make a grocery list for you, but it does everything from taxes to puzzles. Enjoy. :)

got to www.download.com and look for grocery list programs. I downloaded one for free but I can't remember which one it was since I created my own in Microsoft Excel. It helped me fill in my master list, though.

There is one called List Pro, I have it on my computer and on my PDA. I don't remember where I got it from, and it cost me about $12 I think. It's a nice one though.

I just found it.. It is great. You just click what you want and print it out... it has everything from dairy to meat to can goods. Plus your non grocery items..
