first start with a going around to hers just chilling talking for a bit then taking a long walk through the park and having a picnic then going around the all the shops see what she likes and buying it for her then it's back too mine where i have made a three course meal and at the end i recite a poem ok thats my plan what do u think anything i should add to that.

You don't need to buy her a gift. But you can if you want to. I like the picnic idea. Perhaps walk before and after the picnic (to different places). Just get progressively more romantic places to go during the day. During the day between the picnic and dinner you could go biking, or boating, or fly a kite, or do silly stuff just to have fun instead of shopping.

at the end of the day, making dinner's very nice of you. Have some nice dinner music as well and a movie in case. I like the poem, but play that by ear and only pull it out if she continues to get more and more interested. Don't overwhelm her too much. (you didn't say if this was a first date or if y'all been going out for a long time).

Just make sure that "favorite" thing she likes at the store isn't a $5000 Omega watch.
