No, just for that reason...It will eat you up inside. What's done is done. All you can do is do better.

Now I never regret the past. A few years ago I use to dwell on stuff until I felt like I was going crazy. Now that time has past I have made peace with myself and now I just look at stuff and say I can't imagine that happened without wanting to kill myself. In time you will feel the same way to... Time heals all wounds.

I never regret my past. I don't throw away memories of those mistakes mistakes either. They are life lessons. Hard learned lessons. I use them to make sure I don't repeat them.

They help me gather strength for what is happening now in my life. I can pass on a little wisdom to someone who just might have the sense to stop and listen for a moment.

Haven't met anyone like that yet though...but I will keep my words handy.

At least several times a day. But I try to avoid the "regret" part of it. I often think what might have happened or what might have been different but I try to look back and figure out what I learned from experiences (even bad ones) so that it helps me in the future.

I don't regret doing regret anything I've done ahahaha, why regret it when it's already been done, eh? What I do regret is doing something that I really wanted to do. Now it's much too late.

Regret is a wasted emotion so I try not to regret anything.

And if I do I'd rather regret something that I done than something I didn't do!

Nope, never.
I think it is better to look at everything in your past as a learning experience, take what you can from it and move on.
There is no point in regretting things.
