Fresh fruits and veggies, whole grain breads and pastas and lean meats. Eat a balanced diet and exercise and you won't need to deprive yourself with Slim-Fast.

golly jeez, stop putting chemicals in your body!!!!!! The best diet in the world is portion control and limiting carbs. Carbs is the food that will put fat on you fastest. But portion control wont do it alone, you need to exercise as well. The human body is an amazing well oiled machine that can repair itself if you treat it properly. Chemical diets may give you a faster result ... but temporary results. I have a medical degree, and i am a mother with no stretch marks or any excess fat. I dont even go to a gym. I play with my kids, I stay active and I dont sitting on my keister all day munchin on potato chips and bon bons.Portion control and daily activities is the best thing you can do for your body. Here is a hint...if you eat slow, your tummy feels like it is getting fuller faster because you are digesting the food as you eat, as a result you feel fuller faster and wont eat as much. Talk to your family DR. But anything chemical is never a good idea for your body........

How about a diet where you don't feel like you are on a diet? The best thing I've ever heard of is eat anything you want but only until you are no longer hungry. Never eat when you are not hungry and never make yourself full. This way you don't mess up the delicate chemical balances in your body either.

The best diet is the Abs diet mainly because it teaches you what is nest to eat - no carbs is very unhealthy. you need good grains and the Abs diet teaches you which carbs and grains have high nutritional content. i do not believe there is such thing as good and bad vegetables, but the Abs diet will show you which are healthiest. this is the most reasonable diet i have seen. don't forget to exercise and drink lots of water. anything processed or sugary is not good for you!

The best food for a healthy diet is unprocessed and unrefined foods. Slim fast is junk in a can.

Body for life. You have to work hard on it but its by far the best out there.

Weight watchers is pretty good too.

Slim fast is just sugar water. A waste of money and its not good for you.

Water and gum. Eat sensible meals, but in between, chew gum and drink only water. Chewing gum makes it less tempting to snack. (Just make sure to get the extra long lasting flavor.) Most of the time when you feel hungry, you're actually just thirsty, so drinking water helps suppress your appetite. As long as you eat healthy meals (try SmartOnes or Healthy Choice frozen dinners), you should lose weight.
