Bagpipe and music? Oxymoron anyone. Being of Scottish descent myself all I know is bagpipes are the missing linek between noise and music.

When you play late in the day on the Pebble Beach golf courses it is. They have a guy walking down the fairway as the sun sets playing them.

They still do at The Resort at The Mountain in Welches, OR....pretty annoying if you ask me.
