do you think if i drink a whole bottle of 1.5L of water 2-3 times a day everyday, i can lose some fat.. i knw i have to add excercise to increase the results, but i wnna give this a try

drink even more water and make sure that is all that you are drinking throughout the day. Please don't forget to eat! You would become malnutritioned and get very sick. Your belly would balloon and you would look pretty sickly. Exercise and a balanced diet is always best and yes water always. Only water. Really.

You dont have to drink the whole 1.5 ltr of water 2-3 times everyday at one go. Yes it is recommended that one has to drink about 2-3 litres a day to detox yourself. You will go for peeing a lot number of times. but you can do that with about a glass of water about 12-15 times a day.
You drink a glass or 2 glass of water before you have your food. This will make you full and make you eat less. But mind you still have to eat enough to keep your energy levels high.
You can start with walking aswell for about 1 hour everyday to start with slowly to loose weight.

You won't lose fat. WEll, you might lose a little but not much. Your body will think you're starving it and the opposite will happen -- it will hang onto every bit of fat in your body because you're not giving it the nourishment it needs. The human body is smarter than people give it credit for!

For gods sake do some research before you go seriously hurting your body by doing something like this.

If you dont eat you will severly mess up your metabolism and you will quickly regain all the weight plus more in no time when you do start eating again.

you won't lose more than a few grams!
when you drink only water, you starve your body of nutrients. the body responds to this by slowing down your metabolism and consequently, burning less fat.
so don't go on a water diet, you might just faint of weakness.
EXERCISE: its the only way!

Are you planning on not eating any food. That much water will keep you full all day. If you don't eat your metabolism will slow down and you will be fatter later.
