Last time I visited my parents, my mom had a six pack of Stella in the fridge. Since mom only occasionally enjoys a beer and is not exactly a gourmand, I can only assume she thought I'd be impressed. How amusing. She was also pissed that I drank the 4 she had left over the course of dinner, at one point telling baby sister to "go get your brother a beer, willya?" so's I wouldn't be intercepted.

I always though Stella was OK too, but then again I happily drink Black Label.

There are chemicals in most popular canned beers. Also, many are brewed in the same factory in Burton on Trent . Its mainly the German beers that are brewed to a high quality standard that are free from all the additives.
