unsweetened wheat puff cereal, puffed rice cereal
don't eat any white breads because they are empty calories. only whole grains.
When people try to lose weight, they obsess about their diet and usually cheat because they feel deprived. A simple way to feel more full is to drink the recommended eight+ cups of water a day. If you drink water regularly throughout the day, you'll find you have much less cravings and will become full faster. The other perks are great skin, less headaches and loads of energy. I just started drinking enough water in the last couple of months and I look more slender because my body isn't holding on to water weight and I do a lot less snacking throughout the day.

Nothing will fill you up with nutrition and low-fat food as well as home (or microwave!) cooked WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL such as rolled oats, oat bran fraction or Wheatena.

Hot, slow-cooked, whole-grain cereals are very high in fiber. They expand in your stomach after you've eaten them, keeping you feeling full for hours. You think you can, but you can't taste the difference between whole milk and non-fat milk when it is added to HOT cereal, so I cook up my cereal, add some cold water to cool it down, and stir in powdered non-fat dry milk to make a white fluid of milk that is full of protein but nearly fat free. Then I toss in some reasons (you can put in the raisons at the beginning of the cooking so they plump up if you prefer... I used to do that, but I like chewy raisons).

It takes 5 to 10 minutes to make this kind of food in a conventional oven. You want the whole grains that haven't been sawed up into dust, for example, you want whole grain rolled oats, not "quick" or "minute" oats.

You can cook these foods in the microwave at work in a plastic tub, but practice because you don't want them boiling over and making a mess out of the inside of the microwave.

With hot cereal, all you really need are fruits and vegetables (mabe some salt-water canned fish such as salmon and tuna) to complete your diet. You don't need red meat. You don't need snacks (they are full of salt and refined sugar that'll make you hungrier!)

Too low fat can cause you to have a problem like mine. A gall bladder attack! It is very bad! So do yourself a favor and either see a dietician or a doctor for better advice.

popcorn...without the butter
most veggies and fruits (although they don't make you feel full unless you eat alot of them)
pretzels...as long as you can have the carbs...they are a much better snack than chips because they are low in fat, and are baked instead of fried.
Low-fat cheeses.
