It depends on several factors. Is it a very high volume liquor store? Stores make their money on volume and therefore I'm surprised that they are not turning over their beer more often. Also, there are price breaks at different volumes and if they made a bulk purchase, it could take them a while to move that beer.
It can also depend on your brand. If it is a not so popular brand, it does not move as fast from both distributor inventories as well as the store's inventory.
It could also depend on your geographic area. In less populated places far from distributors, or breweries for that matter, inventories are purchased less often but at higher levels.

I would suggest moving to St. Louis and purchasing Bud Light or Milwaukee and going for MGD from the largest liquor store in town.

Jeez first you spill your beer now you go and use a third party to get it. Get a long pipe connect one end to the brewery and the other to your house with an on/off tap place a funnel in your mouth lie uder the tap switch on you may have to configure some way of switching it off when you pass out but I ain't figured that bit yet.

do they have some sort of customer service form you can fill out? or maybe you can go and talk to the manager of the store and say youre not satisfied with their products.

find out from them when they get the deliveries done and go to the store that day. if they refused to let you know the answer, try to get one of the employees to let you know. if that still does not work, find a new liquor store.
