I like this guy, and I think I've fallen for him hard but Im too shy to tell him up front so I need help on how to hint that I like him and suggestions?

First you need to understand how subtle expression from a woman can be overlooked by a man. Men like subtle, but often women are too subtle for a man. It's a difficult line, because too direct is sometimes a turn off.
Flirting is an art form with some women. Usually eye contact, smiles, and other feminine wiles get the message across. For the extra shy guy, sometimes more encouragement is necessary.

walk by him and try to catch his eye, if he looks at you smile at him. If he smiles back then maybe move to a next step and see if he pays attention by "accidentally" dropping something and pretending you didn't notice it. If he's smart enough he'll come up to you and pick it up. That way you can thank him and make a joke about how it's a good thing you have not lost your mind yet ;) if that's not your style try to start talking to one of his friends and ask them to introduce you to him, that has worked wonders, and the guy will surely appreciate you taking a bit of initiative in this :) Good luck

Next time you two are sitting having a drink (tea is perfect) take some of your vaginal fluid and rub it around the rim when he's not looking. The phermones will knock his socks off. Don't be surprised if he compliments you on how great the tea is.
