i hav written 10th dis year. n i secured 84.5% . reason b cool. watch d normal progs on the TV u wud hav otherwise done. dont worry wen ur parents shout @ u 2 study.hav @least 7hrs sleep if u r not in 10th. n yes last thin study but dont over study. its gr8. do reply 2 me whether it worked. at gunner_shishir@yahoo.co.in

To remove stress be prepared for exams early u should be knowing where is that specific topic is in a book most of stress increases when we think we know nothing but it is not so.Don't become a owl during exams as it is major reason for making our memory weak & decreases our concentration during xams spend some time( for leisure only some minutes ok )take break after every one hour of 2 minutes have tea or play remain away from tv as that may distract ur mind if u take proper break then ur concentration will improve & hence u will hve no time for thinking other than books. :) .Study according to your capacity do not try to be a superboy for a week .

I had some problem in the same matter so far but I tryied to keep my mind calm in my last exam(I know you will be doing this) but I couldn't do it. We got time for relaxation before the time. So I tryied to clean my mind that from false notions. I thought I could do it. I remembered 1 pararaph of my lesson and made me confident that I am thorogh with that part. So I felt I had studyied better. I thoght about the good marks I am going to get and I joyfully wrote my exam in a nice handwriting.I got 89%. The results were very good.

Don't cram. You should study and learn all along so when the exam comes up your stress will be reduced because you actually know more than you think you'll know.

resiter for text well in advence of the text date
make proper travel arrangements
be in company with your friends
talk to your teacher for suggestions
stay at home before the exam and take plenty of rest
be aware of the format
take healthy food and be cool

Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.
