If it processed dry fruits from an everyday grocery store then they are usually not that great, usually high in sodium and preservatives. If you get them from a natural foods store then they are typically pretty good for you.

Very good for you, but high in sugar. Fresh is better. Use dried fruit to substitute for candy and dessert.

Dried fruit is not as good as fresh, because they use preservatives and many are sugar coated.
Eat limited amounts. (at least they are better than candy)

good for you! it is shown that dried fruit is probably one of the best snacks for you, keeps ur system clean and its really healthy cause the only ingredients is fruit! unless u get salted or sugared stuff, that stuff is bad for you. but i love dried fruit, especially apples, sweet potatoes and apricots! :D best of luck!

unless your hicking and or can't keep fresh fruit w/ you they are bad. full of sugar (natural but still sugar) and super high in cal. for the amount.

fresh is a better option but dried is ok. more on healthier eating and fitness on this site
