If this really upsets you or you feel that you're in a dangerous position you have to report it to the police. Once you've told him "no" you don't owe him explanations or another chance. No means no! Hundreds of women are murdered each year by their ex's. I don't want to scare you but it's the cold hard reality. Don't mess around, call and report him for stalking.

make it very clear to him that you never want to have any contact with him again

do not contact him for any reason at all, do not return his calls, emails or other attentions

this should be enough for him to leave you alone, but if he continues to harass you,

contact your telephone service provider and they can help you with the harassment either by logging the calls or by changing your number for you.

keep a written record of your phone records and the dates and times it happens. This will give you some evidence to present to the police and/or a lawyer should you need to take further action.

If you dont feel your life is in danger, sit down and have a talk with him. Sinply explain that you are over him and that its time for him to move on. If you feel your life is in danger you might want to spend some time at a friends house and make sure you are alone as little as possible until he seems to leave you alone and loose intrest in you. If he continues to invade your privacy you might want to consider contacting the police.
Good Luck ♥

You really need to tell him straight that if he continues to harass you you will, delete his mails without reading them, block him from messenger, change your home phone and reject all mobile calls from him and that if he turns up at your house you will act accordingly. You need to not only say it but do it, do not respond after you have set this final warning, act upon what you said. After being harassed by my ex for 8weeks i finally put it so bluntly he knew how serious i was. It's horrible to go through and you don't need it, so be strong.x

its really easy to blame your ex but have you thought of the fact that you could be intertaining him too. the fact that you could still be answering his calls emails etc encouranges him dont you think? you dont really say how he is not leaving you alone so thats a difficult one to answer.

Get a restraining order against him - it's easy, speak to your local police. If he contacts you in any way he'll be arrested.
