Mix it with salt,pepper,chili powder,cumin,paprika,onions, and cilantro, and if you like it spicey add some jalepeno. if you want the meat to be a little wet not to dry add some diced tomatoes to the beef. then stuff it in a bell pepper and cook it in the oven at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes. then add cheese on top at the very end.

make meat loaf put in bowl with crackers and two eggs and onion and mushrooms salt and pepper and mix it by hand put in casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 45 min
