Delicious, yes, but as mentioned before, not necessarily the most ethical/environmentally concious choice.

the techinical name. most of us know this fish as a seabass. seabass is awesome. its white meat, very tender and delicious. it is easy to cook, bake or fried. it tastes great and does not leave much of a fishie smell in the kitchen. you can eat it plain, or put some kind of sauce on it. its fresh and easy to take out the bones.
