Ok just to make this clearer. He is 17yrs old and I am 22yrs old. We live close by one another. One day I was walking with my friends and he saw us he screamed out "Hi and Bye". So that started a ritual. Everytime I saw him or he saw me we would say that. Then my dumb *** decided to invite him and his friends over for a get together at my place. That's when it started.

Wait a year and leave her alone. Or spend time in jail if her parents press charges. then you will be some ones honey in jail. It may be more than you want. Walk away and find some one your own age would be another option.
Do you not read the newspapers where women have gone to jail for sleeping with some one underage. That is too much of an age difference. 17 and 22. He is still a kid.

The fact that you are asking and not simply running from it means you are flattered to a point of being interested, and looking for some kind of validation. If so, hold off until he's 18 if you can. If it truly is an obsession to a point of being intrusive in your life, make others aware of it and then possibly let the authorities know if it gets out of hand

If the 17 yr old is a guy just tell him you don't like. Afterwards anytime he tries to talk/call/email/or whatever ignore him...that's right IGNORE HIM. It may seem rude to you, and it will hurt the guy at first but within hours he'll get over and move on (trust me, you're doing him a favor). If the 17 yr old is a girl...just say you're not interested, be nice, but not too nice.

Try the sitting down and talking to the 17 year old, and if all else fails consult the parents, if that fails...get a restraining order, cause you dont want her to use her IMAGINATION!!!

hook up with the 22 year old. its not illegal to be with a 17 year old unless its with consent. then your A OK

If you are interested, wait a year. The 18yo legal thing only applies if you are planning to have sex.
