Do you have a lot of room in the back with the front seats positioned for a 6 footer? Is it hard to get in and out of the back seats?

The bigger question is how are you (the 6'+ person) built? Long legs, or long torso? How do you like to sit?

You really need to sit in one and try it out. A friend of mine is 6'8", and loves his Classic Prius because it's comfy and his head doesn't touch the ceiling, one of few cars he can say that about and not slouch in it. I've known some people at 6' that found that their knees were hitting the dashboard in a way they didn't like.

I've never had any problem with rear legroom in my Classic Prius, even with the front seats all the way back. The current Prius has even more legroom than my Classic, so you should have no problems.

Although the specs of the Classic and current Prius are the same for rear headroom, most tall people comment that they have less rear headroom in the current Prius as compared to the Classic Prius - because of the sloping roofline they may need to slouch in the backseat.

(The Prius was actually designed for ease of entry/egress, so no issues there...)

BTW: if you really want to ask Prius owners, go to where the owners are:

I have a 2001. I'm very short, so if I'm sitting in the front, you'd have plenty of room in the back seat! :)
