There are lots of brands out there, but please don't have a lot all at once, I'm a type 2 Diabetic and all the sugar free stuff plays havoc with my bowels, Don't give sugar free to children either, they can get stomach cramps, If you really can't have sweets with sugar try fruit instead not much compensation I know but!

Most sweetshops should be able to supply sugar-free sweets.
The jelly type sweets should be about the same price as normal jellies. Boiled sweets can get a little expensive.
Most sugar free sweets contain a sweetener which can cause stomach upsets if eaten in quantity so eat sparingly.

Try to avoid the artificial sweeteners, they are much worse for your health then sugar itself. If you really want to loose weight, challenge your willpower a little and stay away from the sweet stuff altogether or just have some honey and fruits.

Oh gosh, I don't know the brands, but just go to your local grocery store, and you should be able to find a lot. My parents are on a similar diet and I know they are allowed to have anything with Splenda and artificial sweeteners. I hope that helps!

Panda licorice products are healthy and taste really good. You can buy them in Holland and Barrett and other health food shops.
