Wacky Watermelon Pie
Crust: 12 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed
1 1/2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs 3 ozs watermelon gelatin powder
1/4 c light margarine, melted 1/4 c water
3 tbsps granulated sugar 2 c watermelon balls
Filling:
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine whipped topping, watermelon gelatin powder, and water. Fold in watermelon balls. Spoon into prebaked crust. Chill for two hours.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (3 ounce) package watermelon flavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups watermelon
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together the watermelon gelatin and water. Fold gelatin mixture into the dessert topping. Add cut watermelon.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Cool in refrigerator for about 3 hours.

USING CORN STARCH AND SOME OF THE WATERMELON JUICES...BRING TO LIGHT BOIL ADD SOME SUGAR TO SWEETEN AND POUR INTO A READY MADE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST....LET IT COOL HALF WAY IN FRIG AND ADD LOTS OF WATER MELON CHUNKS PUSHING THEM DOWN IN THE CORN STARCH WATERMELON MIXTURE REFRIGERATE TIL SET YUM

2 cups of flour
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup of molassis
1 tspoon of salt
Mix all ingredients together at high speed and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
