What I found to be more impactful is when you let your actions show it. Going out on a limb or creating or doing something really special for her to show how much you care. Pretty sappy but it works. If you have to let her know by words and you haven't told her yet you should do it somewhere quiet. Do it in a place that you are alone with her and be serious but nice at the same time when you tell her. Kinda build up the suspense if you know what I mean. (very suddly of course.) give it a shot good luck.

you don't have to say very much you can show her how much you love her you know the saying actions speak louder than words. Saying the words is easy but proving it to her takes a lot more time and devotion once you love someone these type of actions should just come natural it doesn't have to be be a job or chore it should be something that comes within

Um - you say "I love you"? Can't think of a better answer. Unless you're looking to wow her and words aren't enough. Then you'll have to be clever. Think of something she really likes to do, plan that...get her something that she really likes, give it to her while doing what she really likes...then top it off by saying you think she is the most wonderful woman you've ever met and you are in love with her. That ought to do it.

I think you should tell her that you want to take her to a special dinner and then when its time for desert ask the waitress to put a note on your cake/pie that reads "so and so" ive fallen in love with you...I bet she'll cry

Well, you could think of a really cute way to say it like: I'll love you forever and a day.
Or, just tell her...
Or, Give her 10 roses and 1 fake and say: I'll love you until the last rose dies.
Or, just waltz right up to her and say, "I love you" and hope to god that she'll love you back.
