I use to be the same way. When I was in school I would never use the bathroom. I always waited until I got home from school to go. But I finally overcame that and have been able to go in a public. Sometimes though it is hard for me when there are a lot of people in the stalls. I found the best thing to do is just put my fingers in my ears and try to tune everyone else out and that always helps me to go to the bathroom. Try that and see if it helps you.

well think about it this way...would you rather be a little embarrassed about having to do your thing in a public bathroom or would you rather be more embarrassed when you are in a serious accident or something on your way home and your intestines or bladder ruptures from the force put on it...now the docs fixing you up in surgery have to clean it all out...think about someone other than yourself for a change.

I have had the same embarrassment -- but when the diarrhea strikes, you go to the nearest restroom and you thank God you got there in time! (Of course, you should do a few courtesy flushes so that the smell is not unbearable to those around you...)

Certainly, I prefer to use my own bathroom, but sometimes, you just have to use the closest one.

My strategy is to enter the stall while no one is in the bathroom, and exit in the same fashion. While on the toilet employ the courtesy flush technique. That is, flush as soon as the stink hits the water, then flush again after wiping.

my son does this, he is 13, you really should get used to taking a **** in a public restroom, i had to several times on the side of the road in Iraq, you can do it in a perfectly good stall, you can mess up your bowel if you hold it.

This is a double-edged sword.

Because it is harmful to hold it in for a long period of time, and can result in cramps, lightheadedness, nausea, and fainting.

But on the other hand, I have known people to get hemmorhoids by using public restrooms.

Err on the side of caution.

i love taking a huge dump in a public place. make it nice n loud, super smelly. better when u eat like a coupla gas station burritos, its nice n runny, screams when it comes out. and its god-awful when u walk into a bathroom after someone does that. puts a great smile on my face for the rest of the day
