some times i feel suacidal (i dont ask for help then) and some times i feel homacidal(thats when i ask for help). asking for help when i am homacidal does nor mean i am scard of what i will do! it means i want to figure things out! it has nothing to do with terror! why must people think that asking for help means your scared?

i do get scared but for good reasions, like when my ex went in fod a operation where she had a 80% chance of being ok. i was mad and scared and broke a few things. but it has to be some thing really bad like that for me to be scared.

Some people may assume you're scared, but I think many wouldn't.

Most, though, would themselves be very concerned about the person who either talks about suicide or - particularly - homicide. There is some mental health professional who is capable of helping you figure out what you need to figure out without reacting in a way that you think is not necessarily appropriate.

Just the fact that you have any homicidal thoughts at all (and the fact that you say you also have suicidal thoughts) are really reasons you should find a mental health person you like and trust and let them help you sort out these thoughts which, apparently, you do want to figure out. You shouldn't be plagued by any of these thoughts, and since you are then it would be good for you to have someone who could help you sort it all out.

You came on here because apparently the people you've tried to talk to have responded in a way you don't think is appropriate. People on the Internet can want to offer helpful words, but - really - there's no harm in finding a mental health professional, and there may be some answers for you if you do. You have nothing to lose by trying that (and if you'd tried before and weren't satisifed then try a different professional until you find one you like), and - who knows - you may have a happier state-of-mind to gain,

Probably because to most people having either of those thoughts would be very scary indeed. If it doesn't frighten you to think of taking either your own life or someone else's, you are lacking a certain level of inhibition that the average person has. You should be talking to a mental health professional about these issues--they are really very serious.

I know, when I realize I found out what my problems are and want help from them, I'm not scared, I realized what was wrong and just want help.

Just explain it to them when you ask for help.
