Other than flying or on a cruise ship, you could row. I wouldn't advice that though.

Try going by cargo ship. It's cheaper, but there's not anything to do like on a cruise ship.
And I don't mean ship yourself, you can get passage on some cargo ships.

Cargo ships are very expensive, and you'll be lucky to find many English speakers aboard.

if you don't mind working: hire on on a cruise- or sailship as crew (fitness trainer or waitress...)
