WEF,
Please ignore the answers prior to mine. They were nice attempts, but all were incorrect - especially the "reception center." I was a Reception Company Commander - Reception is where you go when you first enter the Army - remember those first 4 miserable days in the Army? You don't want to do that agian.
First thing you need to do is take a look at your orders. It should tell you when and where to report. In any case, get to the post early in the morning, not earlier than 8AM and not later than 9AM on a weekday. Ask the gate guard where "One Stop" is located. You should then report to One Stop and speak with the NCO manning the counter. You will do all of your in-processing at that point, and they will square you away from there on out.
Welcome to the Army - its much better from here on out, I promise, good luck.

You will likely report to the Reception Center. Most installations now have a central inprocessing or reception center. Your orders will probably have a number you can call to find out more information. You can also go online, and find out on that installations website.
It sounds like you're in the Army, so I have placed a link on all Army schools. Perhaps you can find what you're looking for there.

Gee, Forgiven, thanks for the kudos. My honest mistake, calling it a reception center. I meant what you called "One Stop," when I also called it a "central inprocessing center." It's been a few years since I left the Army. Even if I misnamed it, surely the link would've helped. You cut me down pretty hard.
