Is it physicly possible to blow into bits if you eat WAY too much, like you get so fat that you just EXPLODE?? btw can you tell I'm taking this question right of the top of my mind..boredom..it's a terrible thing XD

no... it would burst (ie make a hole), not explode. unless u ate an active grenade or something explosive
