Here's a couple yummy ones :)

Oven Baked Corn Dogs

2 boxes corn muffin mix, 8 1/2 ounces each (recommended: Jiffy brand)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tablespoon chili powder, eyeball it in your palm
2 teaspoons cumin, eyeball it
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper sauce (recommended: Tabasco or Frank's Red Hot
2 scallions, finely chopped
8 jumbo pork or beef franks

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a shallow dish, combine muffin mix with the flour, then stir in the eggs, milk and melted butter. Season the mix with chili powder, cumin, cayenne and scallions. The batter will be a thick, sticky biscuit dough. Place a hot dog in the bowl of batter and swoosh it around to coat it. Remove coated dog to a nonstick cookie sheet and use your fingers to spread batter on any exposed dog spots. Don't coat it too thick, just shy of 1/2-inch should do the trick. If it's too thick it will just slide off the dog while it's baking, leaving the dog exposed. If that happens don't sweat it, they will still taste great. Repeat until all 8 are coated. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until evenly deep brown all over.

Serve the oven baked corn dogs with your favorite hot dog condiments.

1 (10-ounce) package corn muffin mix
3/4 cup milk

In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, corn muffin mix, milk and 1 seasoning packet. In a separate shallow dish, mix second seasoning packet and flour. Insert wooden skewers half way into hot dogs.
Heat oil to 360 degrees F in a deep-fryer. Dredge each beef frank in flour seasoning mix, dust off excess then dip into cornmeal batter. Fry 2 to 3 corn dogs at a time for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

1 gallon peanut oil
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons (approximately 1 large) jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced
1 (8.5-ounce) can cream-style corn
1/3 cup finely grated onion
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons cornstarch, for dredging
8 beef hot dogs

Special equipment: 8 sets chopsticks, not separated
Pour oil into a deep fryer or large heavy pot and heat to 375 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cayenne pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the jalapeno, corn, onion, and buttermilk. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients all at once, and stir only enough times to bring the batter together; there should be lumps. Set batter aside and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Scatter the cornstarch into a dry pie pan. Roll each hot dog in the cornstarch and tap well to remove any excess.

Transfer enough batter to almost fill a large drinking glass. Refill the glass as needed. Place each hot dog on chopsticks, and quickly dip in and out of the batter. Immediately and carefully place each hot dog into the oil, and cook until coating is golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. With tongs, remove to cooling rack, and allow to drain for 3 to 5 minutes.

get 2 boxes of jiffy cornbread mix, mix it up like regular cornbread, get some premium hot dogs, run a skewer most of ways( longways) though it, dip it in the mix a couple of times, let cook until done about 5 mins in a deep fryer Note.) wooden skewers work best.

Hot Dogs, sticks, cornbread batter, flour and deep fat fryer with hot oil.

Stick a good size stick into the hot dog, roll it in flour then dip in cornbread batter, then put in deep fat fryer and cook until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Freezer section of supermarket, 5 in a package. They come in beef, beef and pork, chicken, and/or turkey. Nuke 'em or deep fat fry them.

Then go to drug aisle and look for big bottle of Tums.
