I found out a long time ago that loneliness is the work of demonic forces. Alot of people will tell you that you have to suffer with loneliness. This a lie from the devil. Loneliness is the spirit of feeling incomplete. Colossians chapter 2 or 3 says that in Christ you are complete. You are complete with just you and Jesus. I know waiting for that right person to come along can be a frustrating wait. I told God one time I was so lonely. He told me turn to me in your loneliness. I said God, look, I know you are God, but I need a woman. Someone I can touch or hold. And He said, no, turn to me in your loneliness. So I said, Lord I am turning to you in my loneliness. Then the Holy Spirit fell on me and I started experienceing the most awesome experiences with just God and me. After this, I had no desire for a woman or anybody. It was more incredible that anything I have experience. Every believer has access to this, only if the "believe" that God is greater than their loneliness or depression.

At no time during your christian walk should you ever feel alone and like no one is ever around. You have to remember that Jesus is there with you every step of the way even if everyone else walked off and left you alone because you changed your ways. You may have to ask God to bring you some good christian friends that you can hang out with that will not be a bad influence on you. Pray about your situation and ask God to make it better for you. There will always be times in every christians life where their beliefs and values will cause everyone to walk away and think that you are crazy. The bible states that we will be persecuted for our beliefs. (Matthew 5:11-12) God will replace all of the people that walked out of your life with new ones or else your witness as a christian will reflect upon them. You have Jesus with you all the time, and he will not forsake you. He will always replace what was taken with something better and something that you are more worthy of receiving. Jesus is there, ask him for help in this situation. "I will be with you always, even until the end of this age." Matthew 28:20

That is what I am going through right now at work. I am being totally ostresized. The Lord is working on my heart right now and showing me direction. It is almost clear as day as to who I need to seperate myself from and who I need to surround myself with. Even though there are a few people I will need to have be put out of my life that doesnt mean that I will not continue to pray for them.
But however, the Lord did bless me with new friends.
Even though it is hard right now and sometimes lonely you have to remember the Lord knows the big picture and everything is done for His glory.
Hang in there, you are not alone. Look at how many others are responding to you now.

yes..I'm living my life for Christ and that doesn't make my life lonely..in fact when you have Christ in your life as in like truly putting your faith and trust in HIM..you're life will be more meaningful..secure..and happy...you'll be more contented..any material thing in this WORLD could not make up for it..having CHRIST in your life can open up love, compassion, faith, acceptance and understanding in yourself and thus in others as well..you will never be more at peace with yourself and the world..that's a great feeling that cannot be measured by anything in this universe..
GOD/JESUS CHRIST have been my strength & motivation why I keep on striving for the better in myself and in my life..it’s good to always think about it..’coz it keeps you grounded, gives you that sense of security and contentment..that you need..you should steer GOD or JESUS CHRIST into your life..our lives because HE is the one that’ll make it all complete…once you have GOD in your life…all else will seem unimportant…all the things..the material things you could have and possess in yourself and your life would mean nothing if YOU don’t have GOD in it…it’ll leave you wanting and searching for more…you will realize all earthly possessions cannot and will not make you whole and give you complete and ultimate happiness because..what’s true and real is the LOVE that GOD has for you..a LOVE that is secure…that will make your life a truly happy and meaningful one..they can take anything away from you but GOD’s love is there and will always be there…and if you think about it…and have faith in it..that’ll actually make you strong..

If you are going to believe in Christ then believe, your happiness is up to you and you alone. Seek out the people, places or events that make you happy and make yourself see people, go places or do things you enjoy.
If you are unhappy it may not be because you are trying to live you life for Christ, it may be because you are letting other people use you as their doormat. Learn how to not listen to people like this they only bring you down, learn how to tell them to bugger off and you will feel better. You don't have to swear or get angry to tell others how to bugger off. You will like yourself better if you become the door instead of the doormat.
I was a doormat for my ex husband but my husband now lets me be the whole darn door frame, I love it and him.
Some people just like to be mean, learn to ignore them.

Yes! In my area, it is hard to find people who have the same standards of behavior. And when you try to live like Christ, there are people out there who will take you for a sucker and try to take advantage. You have to find some true Christians to stick close with.

Let me encourage you then. That's what us Christians do for each other. When one first gets saved, the devil trys everything to discourage you- to make you think that this new life of yours is dull, boring, and lonely. Don't believe His lies, you can overcome these first trials of your new christian life. You have "put off the old man, and put on the new". YOu will have different music, different standards of living, and different friends. You can't get rid of all these things cold turkey and expect that God will give you a way better life. You need to replace these things with something better. Get some God-Honering music in your home. Go to a good godly church that keeps Christ first, and surround yourself with church peaple. Invite some over, and make friends, tell them about your stuggles of lonliness, and ask them to pray with you. You will find that your church family is more enjoyable to be around then your blood family who are not saved. Keep in the Word- God will encourage you too. He will be your best friend. Ever heard of the poem "footprints?" Or "Treasures?" Read these to encourage you in your new-found faith.
“ F O O T P R I N T S ”
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the
beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each
scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him,
and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the
footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life
there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the
very lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it.
“Lord, You said that once I decided to follow You, You’d walk with me all
the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my
life, there is only one set of footprints.
I don’t understand why when I needed You most You would leave me.”
The Lord replied, “My son, My precious child, I love you and would never
leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one
set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

Treasures
One by one He took them from me,
All the things I valued most,
Until I was empty-handed;
Every glittering toy was lost.
And I walked earth's highways, grieving.
In my rags and poverty.
Till I heard His voice inviting,
"Lift your empty hands to Me!"
So I held my hands toward heaven,
And He filled them with a store
Of His own transcendent riches,
Till they could contain no more.
And at last I comprehended
With my stupid mind and dull,
That God COULD not pour His riches
Into hands already full!

I try to live my life for Christ. But you see you never need to feel lonely because he is always with you. I understand what you are feeling I have been there. Pray about it. He is close to call on him sincerely. He has proven himself to me many times. This is just a test. You will get passed it. If you are lonely don't hesitate to IM or email me. I will talk to you. Jesus loves you!

You don't have to be lonely, many Christian churches have home based groups that meet certain interests, like parents, teens, divorcees, even bikers. Invest some time this week in finding a place you can become part of. So many wait for others to find them, when it is much more efficient to go and find others. I hope this helps, I sincerely hope you find a good point of contact.

This is not uncommon as one transitions from the things of the world and those who only enjoy them to heavenly and spiritual things and those who enjoy them. We find the things of the world unfulfilling yet maybe don't feel comfortable yet with those who delight in the Lord and seek His kingdom. Also sometimes we find ourselves in areas where not to many are willing to take up their cross daily so we feel alone. Moses did, Elijah did, and the Prophets did, so if you feel this way your not alone but God will fill your heart.
