I am looking for a routine to follow until my hair is fuller again. I recently had my real hair braided and the braids were tiny and my hair is now slightly damaged.. I have trimmed it and it looks much better now but I just need a routine... I have been using Nexxus Humectress and Therappe products.. is this a good choice???

i love pantene or herbal essences body envy or something like that.. it worked really well becasue my hair was damaged after a lot of straightening.. so they both helped... also, garnier fruitis and head and shoulders.. haha trust me, i've tried everything.

good luck!
