You should try to find out the reasons for bad breath first. Brush your teeth after every meal, stop smoking if you smoke. Do some aerobics or run for 30 min every day that will clear your lungs.
I mix some mustard oil with Alum and massage my teeth at night before bed time. Just spit in the sink and do not gargle. That's how i prevent the bed breath.
You should also find out if you have any cavity in your teeth. Consult a dentist.
Thanks
Ben

You may have gum disease and need to get treated. I would suggest going to the dentist just in case it's more serious than just bad breath, bad breath could mean a big build up of bacteria in, and under the gum line. Check it out.

Start a good oral hygiene habit. Ensure that you do not have a rotten tooth because it simulates and triggers BB. See a Dentist or a Specialist to know if you have a Halitosis or not. Good Luck Dude.

brush, floss, scrape your tongue, and have a bowel movement every day. Most oral odors are caused by a dirty mouth, and stomach bacteria.
