I really like this boy that jus turned 18, im bout 2 be 16 n october 11th, do you think he's 2 old for me?

No, not really. 2 is not bad age gap. I think 3 or over is a little too much for those under 18, but 1 or 2 is fine. I mean, if you two go to the same school, and have classes/lunch together, it's all cool. Age shouldn't really matter, but if you're under 18, it does. But a 1 or 2 years difference shouldn't matter.

As long as both of the parties are legal. A 50 year old man and a 13 year-old girl is absolutely unacceptable.

my ex girlfriend was 5 years younger than me and she was 15 when we started dating. we dated for about 3 years and had a really great relationship. her parents loved me from the start. it just depends on personalities, how mature BOTH of you are, etc. but 18 and 16 is nothing!
