I've been having this deep pain and pressure behind my eyes almost every day. Could it be a migrane? Or something else? Thanks.

It certainly could be a migraine, they manifest differently to different people. Getting your eyes checked is a good idea. You may need glasses or a update in your current prescription. There are also brain things (not necessarily bad, either), that can show up initially, as pain and pressure behind the eyes (advanced, probably untreated glaucoma may as well). In an otherwise healthy, young individual, headaches and/or glasses prescription changes are the most common cause(s).

When I get a migrane it is often behind my eye on the right side only.
Or it could be that you have a sinus infection.

It's not a migraine. I've had migraines. But I wake up sometimes with the same kind of pain and pressure behind my eyes, and don't have a clue as to what it is. I've had it checked by my doctor and an opthamologist - nothing wrong. But you should have it checked out.
