I always pull up and tuck the bottom, wrap the right side in and then the left, tightly.

Make sure the tortilla is not dried out and brittle. Sometimes 10 seconds in the microwave will make it soft again.
Lay the tortilla flat and spread the filing in a line down the middle.
Partially fold the edges of the tortilla at the ends of the line in towards the center. Usually about 1/4 from each side. Then pull up one of the sides parallel with the filling and fold a small flap onto the filling so that you can compress it with your fingers - gently compress it and then roll it up.

put the ingredients in the top half, fold the bottom empty half up, fold the right side over cupping the ingredients and roll to the left. Beware of too many ingredients, this causes seepage, lol

Fold the left side to where the food in the middle is, tuck under the food - fold both ends in, then roll it to the right.

Just go to this site:
http://www.yogurtland.com/?p=13
You'll find pictures how to roll a burrito step by step with explanations. I think it's easier to see some pics than just being told how to make it! ;-)

it depends, if it is something juicey you want to fold the bottom up about an 1 1/2 inches. then roll from either side. if it not juicy then just roll it up from the ends and then fold the bottom up about the same.
