Diet pills damage metabolism and are only diet aids. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. The first 2 weeks of the Southbeach diet is supposed to help you loose 8 to 13 lbs then after that you slow down weight loss.

So by your second question one can assume your not willing to actually exercise to loose weight.
With that said pre contest bodybuilders take diuretics and restrict their caloric intake to drop as much weight as they can. I used to box in college and i used plastic jump suits and did cardio to drop weight.
If you are out of shape dropping 10 lbs is probably going to be very easy. Just run on the tread mill 3 days a week for a week and you will probably drop 7-10 of water weight quickly. Keeping it off should have been your question though.

Well, probably the fastest way is not to drink anything at all. That will decrease the amount of water in your body and you will lose the weight. Many wrestlers and body builders do this. It works. But the weight doesn't stay off. Exercise and eating healthy foods is the only surefire way to lose weight and keep it off.

ECA stack works well. I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months. Take 1 pill of Caffine (like No-Doze) and 1 pill of Ephedrine 25 mg. take them together and you will loose weight fast.

Try to exercise atleast 20-30 minutes each or every other day.
Try to get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep.
Eat healthy and drink alot of fluids.
There are pills that help you loose weight and increase your metabolism, but there are no pills that just by taken them, that you loose weight.

Keep drinking just water and no other types of drinks. Exercise everyday and eat healthily(low calories). And no fried and sweet foods.
