Try the Civil War Soldiers and Sailors web site. There is a section for cemetaries. I tried to look up Spotsylvania - I think you need to enter the Soldiers name you are looking for.

Those who were recognized as dying during the four battles in the area were buried at the Fredericksburg National Cemetary.

Its a shared grave. (The bodies were just covered in the trench they died in) and its in Spotsylvania.
