I'm one of those manics and I don't know why I get so mad and irritated by people when I'm driving. But I have to say in my defense, there are a lot of dumb *** drivers, who don't know how to use their blinkers when need and go right on red when no cars are coming, unless indicated.
I absolutely hate people on cell phones, that are driving slow and not really paying attention that makes me really angry. Or trying to get over at the last minute when they knew ahead of time they would need to get over. Why do you have to squeeze in front of me, get behind me. Drives me crazy. I hate driving, but I gotta do it.

We're not maniacs, that's just what you think we are when we're weaving in and out of traffic. It's fun. I guess, to a certain degree, you can call us crazy drivers, but not bad drivers. The reason we're not bad drivers is because the majority of us who drive riskily can handle it. Plus, it's a TOTAL rush! I'm stuck in the office for about six hours every day, but in the morning on my way to work, I pass about 15 people, and you should see me in rush hour!
Finally, drivers who take risks while driving usually do BECAUSE we have the cars to do it! Can you honestly tell me it doesn't piss you off when someone's driving a car that has A LOT of speed and power, but they're going the speed limit? Lol, they need to go buy a Kia or something.

Because people are ******* stupid. look at Britts' answer and that sums it up. It all fun and games until you kill someone, because weaving in and out of traffic is fun, so is speeding because my car is all powerful. Britt, I hope one day you are driving your car on your own, and you weave one too many times, and you slam into something real hard, and you get thrown through the windscreen, as you wouldn't need your seatbelt with such advanced out of this world driving skiils. Then as your on your way to hell, maybe then you'll think of your ****** up actions on the road

I would imagine a lot of it stems from power and control issues within the driver; after that, I'd say it's just plain fun.

people are idiots.
And I will arrest them.
Because Ive been a cop for 17 years.
And its my duty to arrest them and keep it safe on the streets.
I hate when people die.
I think the law should be no old ppl. on the road and no tens on the road driving.
Its dangerous.
