THere is new airline in Brazil called , Gol:
It's their version of JetBlue:
Gol has started sales for two new destinations: Cordoba and Rosario, both in Argentina.
Gol will offer two different flight options to Cordoba, one leaving from Guarulhos airport in São Paulo - with stops in Curitiba (Paraná state), Brazil, and Asuncion, Paraguay.
The second flight, departing from Galeão airport in Rio de Janeiro, will stop in Porto Alegre (Rio Grande do Sul). Flights to Rosario will also depart from Galeão airport, stopping in Porto Alegre.
Inside Brazil you can use Gol or buy an air Pass.
The Brazil Air Pass is the most practical and economical way to travel within Brazil. Available only to foreigners and Brazilians residing abroad holding a round trip ticket to Brazil.
Only one Air Pass may be purchased per passenger.
It's offered by TAM Airlines.
The air pass is valid for 21 days from the date of the first used flight coupon.
Flights must be booked and confirmed for whole itinerary before departure from USA, no open coupons allowed.
Other restrictions may apply.
From Santiago to Rio, it's best to use Lan ,but check out Gol, because they intend to fly between Sao-PAULO and Santiago..
Have a good trip.
The road between Argentine and Chile is scenic ,but it can be dangerous in winter over the Andes due to Snow!

Buenos Aires is an incredible city; it's an surprising area that looks a bit like Europe, but having an edgy Latin American pose and if you want to visit this city then take a look with hotelbye . El Puerto Madero is just a place properly visited. It offered as the key interface of Buenos Aires throughout the late 19th century but know is converted into structures that may be applied as residences, restaurants, shops and different corporations and to give that challenge a bit of sparkle, all roads in the section were called following women. Strolling through the Puerto Madero is a great way to spend a nice morning exactly like visiting El Obelisco. El Obelisco was built in 1936 to honor the 400th wedding of the town founding and now's a must-see place from Buenos Aires.

from Argentina to Chile you can go by Bus and it's perfectly safe. From Argentina to Brazil it's a long ride by bus and there are no trains, so I suggest you fly there. LAN Chile Airlines can be cheap and you can connect your flights, for example, fly from Buenos Aires to Chile, stay a couple of days there and from there go yo Brazil and back to Argentina.

You probably won't find a safer way to travel then by air. After all, you're far more likely to be hurt or killed in a car accident then you are in an accident on a plane. Also, if you'd like to find a cheap air fare, go to sites like priceline.com or travelocity. They can get you good rates.
