Digital Cable blows satellite out of the water.

Cable has on demand... a feature satellite will never have... Instantly start movies and programs whenever you want. Who could ask for anything more???

I can't even remember the last time I went to the video store to check out a movie.

I totally prefer cable. With satellite, it comes in crappy when it rains, snows, or is windy. It even comes in crappy when it is cloudy. Sometimes the wind can upset the direction the satellite is facing and knock it out.

I currently have cable and would not trade it for anything else!

Personally, I prefer cable, mostly because I've never tried sattelite and don't know how it works. And as you said, when windy or rainy or snowy, you have no tv. so you have to depend on good weather for shows, and it's not that good weather quite often, especially in the winter.

Price? Well, I don't pay for this stuff, but if I was to pay...I gues it's had to depend on how much money I have. I'd usually go for the better thing, not the cheaper, but when i'm an adult...hmmm...hard to tell....

Satellite seems nice because you get more channels, but how many of those channels do you actually watch. When you have that many channels to surf through, you are usually spending most of your time looking for something to watch rather than actually watching it. Not to mention the bad reception during storms. Though people tend to do a lot of channel surfing on cable too, it is not as bad. I prefer cable.

I had both ,Satellite has more options.Music stations, automatic time settings for programs,if you forget something is on , and you didn't want to miss it.The price is better also, more channels per price. When I had cable it would be out for hours. Satellite does go out with a storm, but not long.

Satellite is better cheaper and if you upgrade to HD for only ten buck s more a month it is still cheaper than cable with super awesome picture quality superior to cable. Weather problems are rare.

I prefer the larger variety that satellite provides but it is a problem when there is bad weather. But, gotta go with Direct TV, NFL Sunday Ticket!!!!!!!
