A co-worker's wig is slipping and you can see her shaved head underneath. I always thought her hair looked a little odd, and now I know why... should I tell her or just leave it alone? (btw, No, she doesn't have cancer and isn't sick... and she's only like 35!)

So why is her head shaved if she doesn't have cancer maybe some other something that is personal. But just mind your business, it doesn't affect your life so just leave it alone. Unless its a friend you can tell and they won't take it the wrong way.

I would. Just pull her aside and let her know quitely. I am sure whatever the reason she probably doesn't want everyone to know she is wearing a wig. Just tell her as a friend , in a nice way.

Im wondering why her head is shaved?? Maybe she's got eliopeshia (sp) its a thing where hair doesn't grow in certain places or at all on people. Does she have eyebrows? Id let her know, gently-I cant give you a script to follow, Im totally bad about things like that.

DON'T TELL HER!!!! what are you gonna laugh about if you do? C'mon, don't tell me you are not p***ing yourself....besides she may be the type that wants the attention and enjoys making people laugh...don't take that away from her now.
I know I enjoy people laughing at me all the time. I go home knowing I made other people happy and what the hell if I cry in my pillow all night....

ofcourse you should tell her.. if you were walking around the office with a Booger on your face would you rather someone tell you before everyone notices or would you rather they just stare and let you find it an hour before you go home while washing your hands in the bathroom.....

Yes, just make sure you tell her when no one else is around. I would want to know if I was in her position. Maybe reassure after you tell her and let her know you won't tell anyone about it.

hmm, are you sure she doesn't have a disease? either way this is a sticky situation. If it were me I'd probably not say anything because I am a big wuss. But I guess it would be kind to tell her privately, that way no one else can hear.

I think you should tell her. Her reasons for wearing one are irrelevant so don't ask. Pull her aside, tell her that you noticed and thought she may want to be aware of it and then leave it be.
