What does it mean when Baha'u'llah is called a "Manifestation of God"? Does it mean he was God incarnate (as Jesus is viewed in Christianity)?

Yes, Will, I understand that they were "Manifestations of God". Please tell me what it means to be a "Manifestation of God". Does that mean that they were God?

Baha'u'llah is the Manifestation of God or Divine Teacher for this age.
According to Baha'i belief, Manifestations of God, including Moses, Abraham, Christ, Muhammad, Krishna, and Buddha, have appeared at intervals throughout history to found the world's great religious systems.
The station of these Manifestations is unique in creation. Their essential nature is twofold: they are at once human and divine. But they are not identical with God , the Creator, Who is Unknowable.
Describing the relationship between the Manifestations of God and Their Creator, Bahá'u'lláh used the analogy of the mirror: God is as the Sun, and the Manifestations are as Mirrors that reflect that divine light -- but they are in no way to be considered as identical to that Sun.

I got this from the official website.
Im a Baha'i myself.

The Manifestations of God are so called because they manifest or express the attributes and Will of God.

They are not God incarnate. But they are as close as we can conceive of God. They are a special creation designated by God to convey His message to mankind.

While the Manifestations are infinitely above us humans, God is likewise inifinitely above the Manifestations.

Another way of putting it is as John in the Gospel says, They are the Word of God made flesh.

Their existance is part of creation, while God is outside of creation, That Which creates and sustains.

Jesus and Baha'ullah were both manifestations of God according to the Baha'i, as were the Bab, Mohammed, Krishna and many other religious/spiritual leaders.

The thing is Baha'u'llah had many WIVES and was a very wealthy man..unlike Jesus!
They came from Iran...and his bones are still with us...and in the Bahi faith they DENY Jesus rose from the dead...just ask them!
