Some things you should keep to yourself. Sure, tell your sister that you had some sexy fun but keep the details to yourself.
If there is a chance that "it" will get out you should also think about the guy, maybe he wouldn't enjoy the publicity.

i think you should tell her. its better that you tell her than for her to hear it from someone else and then be upset with you because you didn't tell her. i would want to know if that happened with one of my younger sisters.
