Ive known her for about a year and we are best friends. There was a week were we messed around, and we both dont regret it at all. I love her and shes told me that she loves. The only think that seems to be the problem is that Im 19 and shes almost 23. If it werent for the age difference we would be dating. She says im too young and need more "experience". What should I do???

Show her that you've learned what you need to know. But don't tell her, I said to show her. I once dated a guy when I was 14 and he turned 17 and I was the more expirenced, learned one. So you've got to tell and show her you can be the perfect man for her!

If she really loves you she won't care about the age or experience so ask her if she really loves you and move on from there.

if she mentions the age difference that means it affects her and any relationship with her will not work. she could also just be looking for an excuse

Consider that she doesn't want to get heavily involved with you and is giving you the brush off.
